Helen Drysdale
Managing Director
Sunstate Business Solutions has been led by Managing Director Helen Drysdale since its inception.

Before founding Sunstate, Helen served as a detective in the Federal Police, where she developed a sharp analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. After stepping away from policing to raise a family, she channelled those same investigative skills into helping small business owners bring order and clarity to their financial systems.

Helen is known for her ability to untangle complex bookkeeping issues, guide businesses through audits, and communicate clearly and effectively with accountants, auditors, and the ATO. Clients value not only her technical expertise, but her calm, practical approach — especially when situations feel overwhelming or high-stakes.
